Any ideas out there what might be happening and how to fix it? I tried googling it but got no results. It almost seems like a library mismatch or something.

I have no idea what could have caused this issue, we've all tried verifying the game caches, we've checked to make sure we're all on the same version, done PC restarts, everything. I actually tried sending an item from my inventory to another player, and I sent a staff and they received a sword.

We had to completely disable the mod to be able to play with old/new save games. Yeah we had the mod, but when we tried to make a new game we made it without the mod and it still crashed. Another player had an unidentified dagger instead of his sword. If yes, disable it, it makes the game crashing since last update.

But on his screen he saw it as a two handed sword. For example, one of the players had a water damage staff as their primary weapon, and I saw it as a staff, they attacked with it like it was a staff, if I checked his character inventory it showed it as a staff. Long story short, the other players in the game aren't seeing the same items in the game that I am. We have a handful of other mods, and if it's relevant I can post the exact ones, but I don't think they'd be the source of the problem since they were all enabled last week and everything worked fine. We have the expanded party size mod, four human players, 8 party members total. So, everything in the game worked perfectly fine last week.
